By placing an order with Mia Masri you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
To order online simply add items to your ‘shopping bag’ by clicking the Add button next to the item of choice. You can find items to buy in the TIARAS and JEWELLERY section. Be sure to check out our special Design-a-Tiara feature in the TIARAS section. There's no charge to use this service and you can add your own unique creation to your shopping bag in the same way.
Once you have chosen your items , click ‘My Shopping Bag’ which is at the top-right of every page. Review your order and when you are ready to pay, click the ‘Pay Now’ button at the bottom of the order form. This will take you to our secure PayPal payment screen where you can provide shipping details and make payment in £ (GBP) by debit card, credit card or from your own PayPal account.
This online shopping facility is currently only available for delivery within the UK at the moment. All items must be paid for in full before your order can be processed. Free delivery on orders of £50 or more within the UK. For orders with a total value below £50 we charge £3.95 towards the Special Delivery postage.
We understand that your time is precious and so we work efficiently to create your made to order jewellery and tiara and have it delivered to you within 10 working days for complete peace of mind. If you require your order sooner, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. In some instances, an additional charge may be made.
An email will be sent to you upon completion of your order and prior to delivery. If you have not received your goods within 3 days of this email confirmation, please contact us immediately and no later than 4 days after receiving the email.
All orders are securely packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service. A signature is required upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct address is given for delivery and that there is somebody to sign for the goods.
Overseas delivery charges will be quoted at time of order.

As each item of jewellery is individually handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
In the unlikely event that you have received any faulty or damaged items, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods and no later than 2 days after receipt of delivery. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and sent via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. We will then inspect the item, and if it is faulty we will repair or replace your order and return it to you along with reimbursement of the Special Delivery postage costs incurred by you. No returns are accepted after 7 days.

All gemstone crystals are natural stones and no two jewels are identical. When creating an item of jewellery we will obviously select the most complementary shapes & shades to work together.
We have endeavoured to give a true representation of the colours of the jewels and materials on the images shown, however, please note that colours may vary and are also dependent on the screen you use to view them.
The Design-a-Tiara feature provides customers with a computerised graphic image of the tiara designs and a selection of metals, bases, jewels and colours that can be chosen. We have endeavoured to create a photo-realistic representation of the finished product with the customers' own selections, however, please be aware that as each order placed through Design-a-Tiara will be created by hand, slight variations will naturally occur.
