The first step is to book an appointment with Mia at her studio in Sunbury-on-Thames, or to arrange a telephone consultation where you can discuss your ideas, personal style, colour themes and any specific requirements you may have, in order begin the process of creating your personalised jewellery.
We will establish if you wish to have an exclusive and unique item of jewellery designed just for you, or if you would prefer to customise an existing design to your individual specifications. Once we have discussed your ideas in detail you will be given a quote for your commission.
A sketch will also be drawn based on our discussions, which will include a clear and exact specification of the jewels, colours and metals you wish to have incorporated in your design. This sketch will then act as the foundation from which your bespoke jewellery will be created.
Once you have approved this design a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on your order.
Your jewellery will then be handcrafted exactly as has been discussed and is estimated to take between four to six weeks for completion, dependant on the intricacy of the design.
Throughout the entire process we will keep in contact with you regarding the progress of your order.
We will contact you upon completion of your order, when the remaining balance will be due. Once the funds have cleared, your personalised jewellery will be securely packaged and posted to you for the following day.
