To order online simply add items to your ‘shopping bag’ by clicking the 'Add' button next to the item of choice. Be sure to check out our special Design-a-Tiara feature in the TIARAS section. There's no charge to use this service and you can add your own unique creation to your shopping bag in the same way.
Once you have chosen your items, click ‘My Shopping Bag’ which is at the top-right of each page. Review your order and when you are ready to pay, click the ‘Pay Now’ button at the bottom of the order form. This will take you to our secure PayPal payment screen where you can provide shipping details and make payment in £ (GBP) by debit card, credit card or from your own PayPal account.
This online shopping facility is currently only available for delivery within the UK, however overseas orders can be made by contacting us directly. All items must be paid for in full before your order can be processed. Please be sure to read our terms & conditions and returns policy.

Free delivery on orders of £50 or more within the UK. For orders with a total value below £50 we charge £3.95 towards the Special Delivery postage.
We understand that your time is precious and so we work efficiently to create your made to order jewellery and tiara and have it delivered to you within 15 workingdays for complete peace of mind. If you require your order sooner, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. In some instances, an additional charge may be made.
An email will be sent to you upon completion of your order. If you have not received your delivery by the date specified, please contact us immediately and no later than 4 days after receiving your email.
All orders are securely packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service. A signature is required upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct address is given for delivery and that there is somebody to sign for the goods.
Overseas delivery charges will be quoted at time of order.
As each item of jewellery is individually handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
In the unlikely event that you have received any faulty or damaged items, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods and no later than 2 days after receipt of delivery. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and sent via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. We will then inspect the item, and if it is faulty we will repair or replace your order and return it to you along with reimbursement of the Special Delivery postage costs incurred by you. No returns are accepted after 7 days.
